Data Analysis in Toxicology

This course will be created specifically for the needs of our Ph.D. candidates.
Learning goals:
- Plan and organize a data analysis project under the FAIR data for reproducibility in science.
- Identify what a Version Control System does.Perform basic work with git (no branches).
- Know the key concepts of tidy data.
- identify variables and their types: independent and dependent variables.
- Understand visualization based on the grammar of graphics.
- Understand the cycle of data.
- Know the cycle of data.
- work with R and python for data analysis.
- Identify data types and data structures (R and Python), packages (R), libraries (R), modules (Python).
- Find and understand the documentation for R and Python.
- Work with RStudio and Jupyterlab.
- Create R Notebook and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Use the main functions needed for data wrangling in R and Python 3.x
- Work with make and makefile - simple versions.
- Create visualization for descriptive statistics.
- Efficiently research the internet for solutions for their data analysis and data wrangling problems.
