Gender Diversity Program
In the GRK 2338, we have more than 50 % female PhD students but less than 25 % female principal investigators. In order to counteract this imbalance and encourage female scientists to pursue an independent career in academic research, we offer different measures to support female scientists at the graduate level. In addition, we aim to improve the compatibility of research career and family life for all our GRK members. Financial support will be endowed to members of this GRK 2338 to whom this program applies under the guidance of the DFG standards on gender equality.
