GRK 2338 PhD Retreat 2025
The GRK 2338 Doctoral Retreat has the goal to strengthen the RTG network.
The doctoral candidates exchanged their experiences how they deald with self motivation, project planning and formalities. Short talks were given by the GRK 2338 doctoral candidates about the progress of their projects. Afterwards, solving puzzles together in the escape room promoted team spirit, mutual trust and motivation among the doctoral students. The feeling of togetherness was confirmed and strengthened, so that all team members felt seen and valued.
