GRK 2338 PhD Retreat 2024
The GRK 2338 PhD Retreat has the goal to strengthen the RTG network.
The doctoral candidates exchanged their experiences during their doctoral thesis. How they deald with self motivation, project planning and formalities. Short talks were given by the GRK 2338 doctoral candidates about the progress of their projects. Afterwards, the shared puzzles and experiences in the Escape Room promote team spirit, mutual trust and motivation in the long term. The sense of togetherness is confirmed and strengthened so that all team members feel seen and valued.
